Our food trailer is more than just a business. It’s a dream that my dad and I are finally bringing to life together. For over 20 years, my dad has dreamed of starting a food truck, and now, we’re turning that dream into our own father-daughter adventure.

Food has always been a big part of our family. We love exploring different cuisines, sharing meals, and creating recipes that bring people together. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business, I knew I wanted to build something of my own in the food industry. Starting this business with my dad felt like the perfect place to begin.

Together, we’re creating our own recipes, bringing family-inspired flavors to the community, and building something we can truly be proud of. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to grow, meet new faces, cater special occasions, and share a little piece of our family with every meal.
